Registration for conference
Conference Fee 600 EUR
Students 400 EUR
Students, in order not to be charged the normal conference fee, please present your valid student card at the registration desk.
VAT at 22 % is included in all registration fees.
The registration fee will include:
- participation in the conference and scientific programme
- opening and closing ceremonies
- conference materials
- coffee and lunch (no lunch included on Friday)
- access to the demo-area
The fee will not be refunded but you can sign it over to your colleague in case you cannot participate in the conference.
Letters of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the conference should contact Anu Turkia-Rachad,
anu.turkia-rachad@wanhasatama.com. The invitation does not financially obligate the conference organisers in any way. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Confirmation
All participants will receive a confirmation by email after submitting the registration form. The confirmation letter should be presented at the registration desk at the conference.
