Helsinki Fair Ltd. abides the ISO 9001 quality system.
Helsinki Fair Ltd was the first event arranger in Finland to get the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate in 1996. Our quality system is a very important tool for us in constant customer oriented developing, assessing results and developing products in the entire business area. As an expression of our persistent effort in developing quality in all actions is the more extensive ISO 9001 Quality Certificate which was granted to Helsinki Fair Ltd year 2000.
The quality system appears to the customer as reliable and assured action. Constant customer satisfaction analysis of the exhibitors and the visitors builds the base and enables even better service. In Helsinki Fair Ltd the quality covers the whole organisation from telephone exchange until the last Event Assistant at the door.
